JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a self-starter who has experience working with email organization, scheduling, and general organizational systems that make the CEO's life easier.

Here's how the process will work:
Each Monday we would connect on the upcoming ---------- t priorities, review appointments, develop a task list of things to get done. Throughout the week as things come up I would send emails about things I need you to help me organize into my schedule, or just general things I need to stay on top of. At the end of the week, we'll review everything to make sure there are no loose ends. I want to build systems for as many things as possible so we can systematize repeatable tasks. So your job would be to identify the items we could systematize, then figure out how to build the system.

Bonus points if you've worked in the ecommerce space, the saas space, or for any digital marketing type companies.

Work hours are flexible as long as you get the work done in a timely manner.

I'm in central time, but as long as we can develop a clear and somewhat quick line of communication I don't care when you work.

You need to be able to write and read English and be fluent enough in it that you can watch a video review and understand what I'm saying.

This has the potential to become a long term position for the right person.

I am easy to work with, but you have to bring your A-game.

Payment dates are on the 1st and 15th of each month.
