JOB OVERVIEW

The Media Analyst will have the opportunity to work in several different functions within the company and outside the company, assisting leaders and team members with projects that have a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations, as well as reaching long-term goals. This person must be motivated and excited about the opportunity ahead of 10Xfive, building relationships with clients and vendors to help the business scale. They are at their best when solving problems, evaluating data and performance, and working at a quick pace. The Media Analyst will have a strong passion for implementing processes and systems that help the team function at a higher level, and utilize data to sell and pitch new media for clients.

Summary of responsibilities:
• Research marketing leads to discern good opportunities to optimize marketing investments
• Provide analytical support to the team, allowing them to focus on their core functions.
• Support the marketing team by creating and developing processes for the team to follow that create consistency
• Communicate with franchise partners on marketing spend compliance, developing new ideas and avenues for them to advertise their business and meet franchisor requirements
• Serve as a liaison between 10Xfive and national advertising publications
