E-commerce Expert and Virtual assistance

Dear candidate,

We are looking for a full-time professional to help us with our private label, wholesale and drop shipping business.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 Years of experience as Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, eCommerce Operation Management ( Product research and listing on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Groupon etc. )

We're currently using Sellbrite, DSM Tools and Crazylister. Other tools such as Yaballe, Hydralister, Zik Analytics, SKUgrid are welcome.
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (especially in Excel), Dropbox, Social Media, SEO, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. Google AdWords and Google Analytics are welcome but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Daily tasks:

We will provide you access to our vendors. You don't have to deal with a sales representative over the phone from each vendor, everything will be on-line. You will have access to the inventory and pricelist. We don't have a niche of product, you can list any kind of product.
We need someone that can help us searching for hot products and use Crazylister to create a beautiful advertising and list on eBay.
Handle orders from Amazon customes and buy the item from the vendor. Follow-up the orders to provide the tracking number as soon as possible to our customers.
