Hiring Transcriptionist- ASAP

I need a transcriptionist for audio/video files.

YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN TRANSCRIPTION.

Rates: (per AUDIO HOUR)
- Good file (ie. good quality audio, no accent): $8
- Difficult file: (ie. different accent, not so good audio): $10
- Edit existing transcript: $3

Deadline:
- 1 audio hour transcription has a 9 hour deadline.
- 1 audio hour editing as a 3 hour deadline.
- You will get a bonus of $2 each audio hour if you submit BEFORE the deadline (for transcription, not editing).
- If you don't submit on time, you will be deducted $1 each hour of delay.

Work Load:
- You will be given 1 file at a time (no matter the length of the audio). Once you submit the transcript, you'll be given another audio. Each day, you should be able to finish at least 30 mins of audio.

Salary:
- Paid via Paypal
- Every 2 weeks (1st and 15th of the month)
