Full time Web Designer needed

My web company is looking for a full time web designer (40 hours a week).

We need an EXPERT in *ALL* the following skills:

- Photoshop
- HTML
- CSS

I'm not looking for only a Photoshop artist. I'm more interested in a User Interface expert that can create both a pretty, user friendly and clean design. That is why HTML+CSS skills are just as important as Photoshop skills.
