I am a lawyer and I am starting a law practice providing specific legal services for a flat fee.
I am looking for someone to answer my phones and speak with potential clients (leads) over the phone, answer their questions (using scripts), listen to their issues (complete intake forms), and get information from them
Eventually, this person would also: a) schedule initial consultations, b) help clients prepare, over the phone, for their first meeting, c)assist clients in paying for services, d) make business related calls, e) virtual assistant type work when phones are not ringing, f)chat online with leads the visit the website and want to have an online chat.
I require the following Skills:
1) perfect speaking English (accent is fine)
2) excellent writer of English (for drafting
3) experience in sales (preferably services not products)
3) experience working in client retention OR customer support
4) experience using Mailchimp
5) pleasant speaking voice
Initially the calls can be answered on your laptop and I can forward my office calls to you. If we worked well together then I would send you an office phone and you would be responsible to answer it.
This position allows you to work from home so long as you are able to answer your phone in a quiet environment during California (Pacific Standard Time) business hours.
To start, I would pay a flat fee for each phone call answered. I would pay a higher rate if the call was a lead (as opposed to someone trying to sell me something). I would only pay you the higher rate for the lead if you captured their name and
There would be Virtual assistant type tasks associated with answering phones and completing tasks but my main main focus is on your ability to nurture leads and help me get clients.
You need to have your own high speed internet. You need to have your own laptop.
