Looking for an experienced t-shirt designer

Hello Designers!

I am looking for a designer for T-Shirt buisness.
The way we would work is, i send you some examples, i tell you what i want different and you do the job.
The files i need are png and also the editable photoshop file Upgrade to see actual infos also important to protect the copyright of others. SO NO COPY AND PASTE!
You are also welcome to be creative, so you can bring your ideas into work.
I pay via paypal, you should be able to write a bill via paypal. Thats important.
For the beginning i pay 1$ per design. If your designs get sold good, we increase the salary.
The salary for a month should be something about 400$.

If everything is fine, we will make 2 (crazy) testdesigns. I will check them in google pictures reverse search.
