Talented graphic artists wanted for T-Shirt designs (Read description!)

Before we start with the actual description, here are the most important details in advance to submit a valid application:

- application must include a sample design so we can evaluate your skills (sample must be a deer dressed up as any other animal and make it look elegant and Upgrade to see actual info's also possible for the deer not to be dressed up but showing some characteristics of other animals. For example: Deer with the fur of a zebra.)
- We know the sample is a bit tricky but please try your best, so we can evaluate your skills and creativity.
- You don't have to worry about us using your sample design. If we want to buy it immediately, we'll ask for your permission.
- If you can also show us other samples or previous works, feel free to include them to your application.

We are looking for a creative graphic artist to help us creating designs for our T-Shirt business.
As our business is growing faster than expected, we need your Upgrade to see actual info the future we will need a lot of designers who are looking for a long and successful cooperation.
For this reason, in the event of a valid application, we will enter the applicant's data in our database and contact him/her in the future if necessary. There will also be a ranking of these entries between applicants. So please note that if you have more ingenious ideas and a high quality design you should be ranked better than others.
As far as remuneration is concerned, we do not want to commit ourselves at the moment, but we will adjust the price according to your abilities and then increase it in the course of the cooperation depending on success.
At the moment we employ designers who earn between 1-2 USD per Upgrade to see actual infoually we start working with one dollar per design to see if the designer makes an effort and meets our expectations. If the cooperation goes well and we strive for a long-lasting business relationship, we will gladly increase the payment. Furthermore, we let our designers share in the success and give them a bonus payment if their design sells well.
There is no limit to what you can earn if you do a great job.
