Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process and pre-employment requirements.
Implement effective onboarding plans and follow up regarding employee concerns.
Requirements
· Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business administration, HR management, or equivalent.
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
Experience in all HR functions (pay, benefits, recruitment, training, development etc.)
Proficient in MS Office,Excel & Powerpoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Can speak Mandarin and English
Must be willing to relocate in Makati Philippines
