Wordpress Pro (PPC Landing Page Designer)

I need a long term designer to design Google Ads PPC landing pages for me. I will be hiring more than 1 designer and the best designer will have a long term position with my company. For this trial run, I will be testing how well you can design and will request a few landing pages to be copied / designed on my server using a specific set of tools outlined below. For now, I set the wage at $200/mo for around 65 hours of Upgrade to see actual infopending on how quickly you can copy and create landing pages, I am willing to hire for longer hours, at a higher wage.

Key metrics I will be basing performance off of:
1. Quality of web design
2. Speed of completing landing pages
3. Ease of communication with designer

You must have knowledge in these areas:
Thrive Themes, Wordpress, Asana Project Management, Facebook Conversion Pixels, Server Hosting Setup, Google Analytics Setup, Conversion Setup, Google Adwords Landing Page Best Practices, Conversion-based landing page design.

You must be a great communicator in English, be able to follow detailed instructions, complete work on time and have a positive attitude. I think web design can be fun - so let's make it fun!
