eCommerce Product Analyst and Customer Service Specialist

We're looking to hire an experienced Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our Growing Team!
The role requires ability to deliver high quality ecommerce solutions to our clients and customers. CUSTOMER SWorking knowledge of at least one ecommerce platform such as Amazon. Strong retail background is also highly desirable.
We are a retailer and e-tailer and are looking for a bright motivated Business Analyst. Analysts will learn a great deal of finance & accounting, digital marketing (Facebook, PPC, Display, Product Ads, Amazon, Retargeting, etc.), graphic design (photoshop) and web design (html), and supply chain logistics. Analysts will be exposed to all parts of the online business. Analysts will be primarily focused on our Amazon webstore. All training provided.

Qualifications:

• Strong math skills
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• An interest in finance and business operations
• An interest in ecommerce and retail
• HTML and Javascript not required but beneficial
• 3.4 or above GPA
• Highlights:
• You will be working directly with the owners of the business (former wall street and silicon valley veterans) to grow a new ecommerce initiative.
• Skills developed include:

A. Working with product catalogs in excel
B. Working with Images and photo studios
C. Managing third party contractors (graphic design, SEO, SEM, photo editors) and third party supply chain logistics
D. Traffic acquisition (Display, affiliates, SEM, PLA, Retargetting, Emails, Upgrade to see actual info, etc)
E. Warehouse logistics, online webstore management, customer service, returns.
F. Exposure to corporate finance decisions

• This is a paid position. We will be investing significant time into teaching you the intricacies of ecommerce. Pay ranges depending on experience. This will quickly grow into a full time salaried position with market compensation rates.

Other Job Duties Include

• Independent time researching and learning different marketing channels
• Heavy excel data entry and data model organization
• HTML and Javascript front end website work where applicable
• Managing order flow and order fulfillment (ie figuring out the best way to run returns, finding inefficiencies in shipping)
