Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our team to publish original and informative social media content daily to promote the company’s brand
• Ensure that our standards for quality, branding, and compliance are met.
• Coordinate and create processes around the planning of social media campaigns.
• Take leadership on how to best use Facebook to drive business growth.
• Upgrade to see actual info Facebook statistics on specified Facebook pages and tweak strategy as needed to improve engagement and conversion
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Stay informed by social media updates and advancements.
• Have a strong strategic perspective on social media in order to publish content in the most effective way possible
• Develop and expand outreach efforts.


Qualifications:
• Demonstrate skills, knowledge and EXPERIENCE in the design and execution of Facebook marketing
• Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organisational skills preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities
• Pay close attention to detail
• Must be an excellent communicator and communicate with our team frequently
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Self-starter with high degree of motivation.
• Take effective criticism and always look for ways to improve.
