Marketing Plan/Business Plan

I need a marketing/ business plan for my online Cannabis Packaging/ Smoke Shop Company. I sell jars, containers, dispensary supplies and smoke shop items. I am located in South Florida, and want to target cannabis dispensaries on the east coast as well as the rest of the united states where there is a demand.
