The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for establishing brand and online presence, developing multi-channel communication strategies, and gaining website traffic and revenue. This role develops and implement strategies to improve ranking and sessions of the company's products. This individual is in charge of creating product promotions and giveaways on the Amazon platform. He/She continuously looks for opportunities to launch product giveaways by monitoring and analyzing product performance. He/She is ultimately responsible for executing ideas and plans to increase sales and profit.
Accountabilities
1) Developing thorough knowledge on the company's products and target markets
2) Identifying marketing opportunities through customer, market, and competitor research
3) Brainstorming, developing, and executing ideas for creative marketing campaigns and communications
4) Creating relevant and impactful website content to attract customers + creating sales funnels
5) Concocting strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
6) Constantly monitoring product inventory, Amazon Rank, and Keyword rank of each product
7) Finding and analyzing keywords to rank for each product that needs promotions or deals
8) Creating promotions on Seller Central and determining the duration and percentage of each one
9) Designing and managing digital marketing campaigns to build/enhance the business' online presence and effectively drive customer engagement and satisfaction
10) Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics (conversion rates) and making improvements to the website
11) Taking responsibility for
12) Organizing and facilitating promotional programs and addressing customer feedback on social media
13) Optimizing customer experience and ensuring brand consistency
14) Initiating and participating in workflow and process improvements
15) Ensuring knowledge on online channels and tools are up to date and quickly adapting to changes to boost the business' success
What are we looking for from you?
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, and other related courses
- Excellent written English
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Commercial awareness and knowledge on the retail industry
- Eagerness to learn and develop oneself constantly THIS IS A MUST! Part of each work day will be dedicated to learning.
- Ability to come up with and execute new ideas
- Ability to think critically, work independently, and embrace change
- A home office with a strong and reliable internet connection. THIS IS A MUST. We need to be able to communicate with you every week
