Call Center Agent - Work From

Overview:
You will spend your day making outbound calls. You then pre-qualify the leads with a short questionnaire. Most calls last a few minutes. While a successful call lasts 3-5 minutes on average.
Our software does all of the work. You just call and qualify. All leads are provided through our predictive dialer.

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

Cold Calling U.S. Business Owners
Establish a solid repour with customers and educate them on our products and services
Refer interested customers to our inside sales reps
Maintain a high level of professionalism

Skills and experience:

Has a professional, positive, and energetic attitude
Gets enjoyment from helping others reach their goals
Has some experience in sales and customer service viathe phone
Is self-motivated and driven
Is looking for a career—not just another job
College education preferred but not required
