QUALIFICATION:
Digital-savvy with experience in communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.
You will be incorporating online tools and in-person networking to create relationships and ultimately build the company's brand, both online and off.
Superb communication skills
Outgoing personality, dedicated and motivated for the benefit of the community
Attention to detail is a must
Willingness to work independently around the clock and work autonomously to deliver an effective service for our clients, across a variety of social media channels
You’ll be expected to already be immersed in social media, but also show a willingness to keep up-to-date with industry standards, research, and best practice
Experience in using Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Medium and YouTube; experience with platforms such as Steemit, Telegram and BitcoinTalk Forum would be a bonus
Excellent event management & organisation skills
Commercial community, hospitality and social media management experience, either with a brand, startup or digital agency preferred
Confident using, and learning about new social media technology and cryptocurrency
Great time and project management skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, intelligence
Team player and meshes with the company’s culture
Confident on camera to deliver updates to the community wich will be posted on YouTube and other social channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent the company in all company touch points ensuring positive client experience
Manage Social Media communities for company brands
Organise online and offline events
Create and execute community management projects
Track and report on the growth and activity within communities
Grow and cross promote communities
Build relationships with key individuals, companies and other communities
Assist and responds to questions from leads and community members
Monitors and moderates communities for both positive and negative feedback
Create written, visual and video content with the help of our content team
Keep the communities informed about the latest news at all times
Build processes and systems to optimise community management.
