JOB OVERVIEW

Job Opening: Local Recruiter (Home Based) for KeepTruckin

Qualifications:
-Must have at least 5 years of LOCAL full-cycle recruiting experience in a BPO setting
-Must have strong communication skills
-Experience recruiting for a demanding outbound sales campaign is highly preferred
-Strong client management & data analysis skills

Benefits:
-Work from home
-Fixed Mid shift (MNL TIME) with weekends off
-Pay transferred directly to your PH bank account
-Pay rate: $700/ month+ HMO and internet subsidy

Technical Requirements:
- Reliable ISP (At least 5 MBPS)
- PC/Laptop w/ at least 4 GB RAM storage
- Working web camera and headset

Responsibilities:
-Determines qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
-Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
-Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
-Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
-Other duties includes reports generation and analysis
