Rockstar Designer Using Wpbakery (visual composer) For Wordpress Needed ASAP

We're looking for a rockstar designer who's an expert with Visual composer (wpbakery). We also need the following.
1. Mastery of the English language in written form
2. Ability to build by example (example designs)
3. Ability to work will minimal amount of direction
4. Reliable internet and ability to be on skype during your specified work hours
5. Ability to re-design current pages made with visual composer
