Growing Real Estate company based in USA seeks motivated individual to close sales remotely for our Real Estate Company. Currently, we have more leads in our Database than we can keep up with!
Your job will be to memorize a call back script, internalize the words and master the most common objections. This will allow you to easily gauge the timing and motivation of the prospect in the most efficient manner (getting on and off the phone with a business like, friendly, helpful manner). ONLY if the timing and motivation is appropriate - then you will set the appointment. Otherwise, you will continue to nurture them until they are ready.
You will benefit from extensive initial training and ongoing training is required. Minimum performance expectations will be set and close tracking of performance to increase conversion is mandatory.
Tools Used: Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Excel and Word, Contact Management System Commissions Inc. with Dialer, Ring Central. You must speak English clearly, have experience working for USA company, a stable internet connection and an up to date computer, a noise cancelling headset and a quiet work area. MUST HAVE GOOD/GREAT ENGLISH.
The most common DISC personality profile who is successful in this position is a HIGH D/I/C. The D because you like to close for the appointment and are efficient with your time, the I because you enjoy talking to people and are not afraid of the phone, the C because you must make great notes, update the CRM and set a follow up calls.
As a baseline, you will be calling leads and find out there motivation to know who might be a potential client. You will also be following up with leads. You will negotiate sale with seller and have them sign a contract. MUST WORK USA HOURS.. This is a full time position 5 days a week.
