Logo Designer. I need somebody who can create good Logos for T-shirts and other clothes.

I am looking for a graphic designer who can create T-Shirt Logos.
Up to 500 Designs per Month. I will pay for every good Design up to 2 €. But First 100 Logos 1 €. (As many as you can produce while maintaining quality.)

Requirements:
1 Year Graphic Design
Photoshop or Illustrator Trained
Vector Artist
Commercial Use Fonts & Graphics Within Designs.
