Shopify Customer Service (Emails, Instagram, & Facebook Service)

Currently searching for one/two customer service people for my online Shopify business which are able to use custom-made templates I have created for my online store when giving people support. Also, making changes to these provided templates when the situation may be different. Some key things I look for is:

-Following directions
-Creativity in difficult situations and a willingness to figure out how to solve the problem
-Works fast and efficient
-Can work 7 days/week with about 2-3 hours a day (Morning shift in USA Eastern time) And possibly another VA who can work night shift (from 9pm EST to 11pm EST US) Unless the same Virtual Assistant can fulfill that (Let me know)
-Can make reports back to me if you do not understand the situation or how to solve it so I can help you so next time you understand
-Quick learner
-Understands how to use Facebook messaging, Instagram direct messaging
-Understanding of Aliexpress + Shopify
-Understands how to fulfill orders every once in a while (This won't be your main task, every few emails you support may have a problem with their order so you can fix the issue. Not many)
-*Great English vocabulary, grammar, spelling, understanding
-Can work 7 days a week, 2-3 hours a day for service (If you want to work two shifts morning & night 2-3 hours please let me know)
-Update expense sheet

The job is not difficult, although it can be confusing sometimes and I will be there to help you. (:
