Virtual Assistant and Team Member

LP Squared Real Estate is a U.S. Based company that focuses on an exciting, little known, niche market of the U.S. property market known as tax deeds and tax liens. We are a start-up company who is looking for one Team Member to help us organize and kick-start our venture. We are seeking a Team Member who can manage their time well and keep track of several ongoing tasks over a long period of time. We will teach you everything you need to know about this business so you can become a valued Team Member. Tasks will include property research and analysis, building buyers and sellers lists through social media, creating and maintaining a master-database of tax lien and tax deed property sales across the U.S.. There are several phases of growth that will require the Team Member we hire to adapt to. The first phase will require our Team Member to work on U.S. business hours to create a nationwide database of tax lien and tax deed sales as well as documenting each state’s county’s rules and dates of sales. Once this database is compiled it will need to be maintained and updated but will provide more flexibility for our Team Member’s use of their time. The second phase will include property research and analysis which will play a deciding role on the properties we invest in, as well as building buyers and sellers lists through social media tools. The third phase will be a growth phase where you will be required to hire and train other Team Members as you were trained and oversee their progress. If our company is successful it will be because we have hired the right Team Member. The Team Member position pays 18,000 PHP/Mo. and is a full-time position and will require dedication and loyalty. Also, a firm grasp of English and a pleasant phone atmosphere is required since you will be making many calls to the U.S..
