Virtual Assistance for Operation

We sell high quality loudspeakers kits online and ship direct to customers.
Job description:
- Facing customers for orders fulfillment
- Managing the shipment procedures (DHL, Fedex, DPD), including printing of labels
- Documenting and filing all paperwork (customers info, orders, invoices, labels) to our ERP and DropBox
- Monitoring stock of goods for customers
- Facing suppliers for orders and their supply
- Managing the shipment procedures of orders from suppliers to our warehouses
- More marketing tasks can be added as you learn about the company operation...

We currently operate all the above ourselves and therefor estimate the job to take 30 hours a month, however, except of the growth, we expect the person to be with us for the long run and in that case the potential is there to grow to 60 hours a month...

Candidate who is capable for the above but also has Sales and Marketing knowledge is an advantage.
