To grow annual sales through development of business in assigned accounts with careful consideration on profitability. Expected outcomes include:
• Development & implementation of programs that will maximize investments
• Hit profitability targets (vs gross sales and vs net sales) for all accounts. This includes identifying and reducing profit leaks.
• Increase distribution of identified brands by opening top aspirational target accounts/branches
• Facilitate business reviews with accounts for alignments, relationship building and favorable concessions.
