WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE:
You need to have excellent written English, work Australian times, ideally 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, have a reliable Internet connection and a workspace suitable for you to work from home. Shared office space can be set up if required.

- You’re an expert on using
- You have excellent written English skills, especially related to writing in a conversational manner.
- You have outstanding customer service experience, especially with social media accounts.
- You understand e-commerce and the ‘Mum’ market.
- You have successfully grown other businesses
- You love data and use it to measure past performance and most importantly figure out how to improve future campaigns.
- You're a natural planner and love to get things done!
- You’re a self-starter and can work autonomously.
- You’re an exceptional communicator. You make sure that you understand what is expected before you set off to complete the work so you can do it correctly.
- You have experience in planning and executing various social media posts, including
- You’ve got an incredible eye for detail and can spot the smallest mistake.
WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INCLUDE?
- Monitor and respond to any customer inquiries or complaints on our social media platforms.
- Research relevant memes, quotes & relatable material to keep our audience of Mums engaged with our brand.
- Schedule all the posts to our
- Design images to be posted using a pre-set standard using Illustrator or Photoshop (you can do training on this application if you do not already have experience).
- Analyse customer data on the various platforms and run monthly reports.
- Set-up and monitor competitions to drive engagement.
- Reach out to mums on forums to tell them about our products or to answer any brand related questions.
