Management Trainee

Job Description:

Management Trainees are expected to deliver high standards of service to clients by making the most effective and efficient use of software, technology and human resources. Efficient in utilizing a wide range of measurements to monitor, analyze and plan improvements to performance. To meet these responsibilities, the manager must be a combination of expert service provider, coach, trainer, mentor, motivator and manager.

Job Requirements:
*Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
*Post Graduate Degree Holder is plus
*Required language(s): English
*At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Required Skill(s): people person, problem solver, smart, enthusiastic, comprehensive
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
