Customer Service / Virtual Assistant for eBay UK Dropshipping business

Virtual Assistant needed for my Amazon to eBay Dropshipping business. Your duties will involve, but not limited to:
(Main part)
- Provide great customer service, through written messages with our customers via eBay email.
- Contacting Amazon & eBay Customer Service through Chat & email to resolve our needs, usually linked with our customers' enquiries, such as dealing with with returns/refunds, tracking & order enquiries. Also getting cases closed & defects removed.

(Secondary parts)
- Listing items, whether through your own research with tools such as Terapeak, or with a provided list. Titles, pictures & descriptions to be edited & optimised.

- Processing orders, which might require you to also adjust stock levels and/or prices.
(Please do not apply if you are only interested in Listing or Order processing, as Customer Service is ---------- itially, that's all you will be doing, unless you are a total whizz & get through all those tasks in half the day)

Key Skills:
- Good communication skills with a high level of English, in particular written.
- Be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Quick learner with ability to multi-task
- Problem solving skills with ability to adapt to situations as they change

Using:

- Amazon
- DSM Tool
- Dropbeez
- Terapeak
- Photoshop (Useful though not essential)
(Knowledge of these will be an advantage, but what's more important is the ability to learn a new tool. We are using these now, but if better ones comes along we will change.)

Initially, I'm looking for someone to work 30hrs/week, Mon-Sat (half day Fri & Sat), though this may change to Mon-Fri, or even increased to 40hrs/week. Flexibility will be an advantage for applicants.

As we are based in the UK & Customer Service is the number one priority, applicants are required to start work 9am UK time.

Wage/Salary will start at $1.50 USD/hr during initial training, estimated to be between 3-5 days & then scaled up dependent on performance (essentially, the faster you can do the job without constant supervision the faster the pay will rise).

It would be an advantage if you already have experience of Dropshipping on eBay (even better if you have worked for eBay or Amazon & know their policies), but not essential. If you lack direct experience, tell me what you do have & how you think you could use those skills & experiences for this role.
