IT developer and support staff needed!

We are a fashion export company in Japan! We have close to the same working hours as the Philippines, and so I hope to enjoy a close working relationship!

We are very focused on IT, Web presence and Social Media. We are looking for someone with experience in API - we are looking for ---------- retrieval from Facebook.com, ---------- and looking into some Postal API retrieval to help us make shipping faster!

Experience in the following areas would be essential:
Website creation (Wordpress would be fine)
API
PHP
MySQL
SEO
--> Currently our Invoicing API tool works through the Yii 2 Framework. Any experience with this would be a bonus!

We have a web developer here in Japan too working on a Live Auction website; but we are hoping to develop some sister and support programs to help us work more efficient here too.

We have already an invoicing tool! We just need to update and improve it! We need a CSV loading option; and a fast-tracked invoicing tool. A few extra shipping options and some social media integrations would be fabulous.

Very simple way of helping sort customers when we sell items! Out of an array of boxes, we need to put the items as they sell into the right numbered boxes. We just need a quick and easy system to help our part-time staff put the right sold items in the right boxes.
