Senior Operations & Project Manager for American E-commerce Company

Hi there!

We're looking for a very experienced rockstar to run our Philippines operations. We currently have 13 talented, high-performing employees in the Philippines, and I need help managing all of them. They are doing great work, but would benefit from someone who works more closely with them.

We are NOT running a call center or data entry in the Philippines. We are doing the opposite - our team is high-performing, creative and fun. We want someone who has worked in a similar environment before.

ABOUT US:
We are a 7 year old e-commerce company based in the US that manufactures and sell outdoor sporting goods. We have an amazing, top-notch team of 12 in the Philippines. The team consists of:
- 2 PPC/Amazon optimization (the team you'd join)
- 1 business analyst
- 2 programmers
- 3 designers (graphic, product, photography, videography, photo editing)
- 1 logistics
- 2 customer service

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing remote teams of 15+
- Ability to manage diverse skill sets: we have awesome people with different specialties, including marketing, design & creative, software, business analytics/finance
- Big picture thinker: can understand the big picture, and execute on all the details to make it happen
- Creative: we give our employees leeway to be creative and think on their own
- Kind and patient: we have a friendly, encouraging culture at our company. There is nothing wrong with making mistakes, only repeating them. Everyone gets along really well.
