Superstar Senior Graphic Designer - Ecommerce/Magazine/Catalog Experience Required

We are a fast growing American ecommerce company who manufactures our own brands of outdoor sporting goods. We're looking for a super star graphic designer who will join our team and play a huge role in growing our brands!

Desired experience: we're looking for someone who isn't just a great graphic designer, but also has created material that helps sell physical products. We're looking for someone with this type of experience:
- Print magazine/catalog design and layout
- Ecommerce/retail product design and layout

You'll be designing collateral to help our product sell better. This collateral includes:
- informational images showing how a product is used
- callouts that draw attention to features/benefit of a product
- product packaging
- website content
- modifying stock images

We are a 7 year old e-commerce company based in the US that manufactures and sell outdoor sporting goods. We have an amazing, top-notch team of 12 in the Philippines. The team consists of:
- 4 designers (the team you'd join)
- 2 PPC/Amazon optimization
- 1 business analyst
- 2 programmers
- 1 logistics
- 2 customer service

Payment: we will pay for superstar, top notch work. We will do a paid trial period for 3 months where we make sure there's a mutual fit. We'll start with Part-Time work, then transition to Full-Time work based on our work together.
