US company looking for fluent English telemarketing gurus

We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent and thoughtful candidates to do lead generation/telemarketing to support our focus of selling logistics software to both freight forwarders/NVOCCs and importer/exporters. We have lots of email lists, but we need someone who is intelligent enough to “get” the audience based on the title and position (triangulating with linkedIn and ---------- ) then to strategically send emails and make phone calls with the intention of booking a 30 minute phone call with our demo/sales team.

Requirements:
Fluent English is a must as your target will be the United States.
Access to a laptop/computer for emails
Access to a phone/laptop/computer for making Skype phone calls using a US phone number.
Working hours would be at night GMT+8 to correspond with US team.
