Our company name is Integrated Strategy. We are a small internet marketing company helping other business owners and individuals build a business online. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is interested in a long-term position; someone who is looking to grow with a company for years to come.

Position: Full time Virtual Assistant to work from home.

Looking for someone who is:

Teachable. Someone who is a self-learner and will take initiative to learn what's required to do the very best job. Though we are looking for someone with experience, we understand that you may need training on some specific areas. This is why we feel it's important for our candidate to be teachable and ready to grow in their own skills.

Motivated. Someone who strives to over-deliver on the task at hand, while completing the projects in a timely manner. We are happy to work with someone who takes pride in their work.

Reliable. This is very important. You are going to be an integral part of our business and we're looking for someone who is a team player. It is also important that you have good internet for uploading videos and the day-to-day activities.

Loyal. We're looking to hire some one who is looking for a long term position. Someone who we enjoy working with and has a positive attitude and adds to a friendly environment.


Looking for someone who has previous experienced with:

1. Web development. We use Wordpress most frequently. Activities would include (but not limited to) making new websites, simple template changes, updating content, member management.

2. Video editing. To be able to edit videos that are congruent with our existing videos with a creative touch. After editing the videos they will then need to be uploaded to the the different online channels with optimized content written about each video.

3. Article Writing/Blogging. Proficiency in English is required.

*Additional responsibilities / Willingness to learn:
- Graphic design
- Customer support
- Adding your input on optimizing the business.
- Internet marketing
- SEO

*Must have:
- Good internet (at least 1.5 MBPS Download .35 MBPS Upload)
- Skype

Training will be provided on an ongoing basis.

Compensation:
With dedication and hard work, and as the business grows - bonuses and raises will be available.
The compensation will be based on your qualifications.
