It's important to note that a long-term relationship would be desirable. Weekly workload does differ and I would appreciate if you're flexible as well.

Your skillset must cover:
- PHP (object oriented)
- JavaScript / ES6
- Laravel
- React
- Vue.js
- CSS/LESS/SASS
- Git
- General understanding of building and deployment

You should be of the following type:
- You worked in software development for at least 3 years
- You can adopt easily to new technologies
- You think yourself to find the best solution for a problem
- You write perfect, well-documented and well thought-out code
- You are open to communicate and talk about problems and solutions
