Inside Sales and Customer Service Desk

We are a top real estate team located in the Washington DC Metro Area, and we are expanding! We are looking for an experienced inside sales agent who wants to join a growing team, with opportunities to grow within the company.

If this sounds like you, your job description is as follows:

• Place follow-up call to each new lead placed on your Commissions Inc CRM; always follow our “Universal Call Back Script”. We position ourselves as real estate professionals, who using our unique programs assist our clients in making the best real estate decisions. When following the script, you will be able to gauge the lead’s level of motivation and timing from the answers that they provide.

Expectations:
Individuals in this position must be able to speak fluent english, and must be able to carry a conversation on the phone, while sounding positive and encouraging. The individual is expected to manually dial ---------- phone calls per 8 hour shift, and convert the conversations to 5-15 appointments per day. There will be bonuses after the initial probationary training period.
