Build digital magazine from WP template

We are looking for a person to help us build out an online high-school magazine from a template.

1/ Build layout for main pages
- Home Page
- 'What is' page
- About us page
- Advertise info page

2/ build layouts for schools
- Each school will have its own page
- Each school will have its own blog that will also go to the main page

Its a pretty simple project but we need a good designer eye to make it look great.

Once built we will need support to add and change things.

Must have design experience.
