PHP Programmer Needed for Full Time employment

We are looking for a PHP programmer to build a web application some what similar to a Customer Relation Management software. It requires database expertise, ecommerce knowledge, as well as a strong understanding of Php, as the project will be made with CakePHP.

The candidate must type/understand English at a high level. This is a full time position, thus the candidate must not have other work obligations/commitments. We need to see some previous work examples and must have a minimum 3 years full time programming experience.

This is a long term project with at minimum 6 months of work, and if you are the right person and hard worker the employment can be permanent. Performance will be monitored regularly and pay raises will be given frequently for someone that shows their worth and commitment.
