We are a growing online company looking for agents to be on call to answer guest questions about their reservations, trip, and accommodation. Basically, we are like a hotel front desk, but online only. Occasionally, we take phone calls from guests in emergencies, but this will be incoming only and less than 10% of your time. Still this should be ok by you to occasionally speak on the phone at various times during your shift. Most customer replies will be via
We are hiring for 12 hour shifts, so your work week can be 3 shifts a week (36 hours), 4 shifts a week (48 hours), or for the very ambition 5 shifts a week. Pay based on how many shifts you complete. Shifts run from 9am-9pm and from 9pm-9am Philippines time.
You will be paired with an experienced agent for your shift at all times for training purposes, and so you each can take short breaks during your shift as required. You will not be alone when working, a coworker is just a
Night shifts, especially when starting, will be required. As you become more senior, you can choose your shifts.
Experience desired:
1) At least one year experience in a call center or working fast paced customer support
2) Must have high attention to detail
3) Good written and spoken english
4) High quality internet connection with backup
