Hiring a PHP Programmer for Webapplication Project - ASAP (Project just started)

We are looking for a full-time or per project based Webdeveloper/Webmaster that knows and has experience in using php, html, css and mysql.

Your Tasks:

- you will be creating a web-application from scratch based on our requirements and the input we give you.
- create a database model for the application using MySQL workbench
- develop a web-application based on codeigniter
- design the website based on our input using html and css

So you must know:
------
- HTML
- Javascript
- Jquery
- PHP
- CodeIgniter (PHP Framework) - we have tutorial if you do not know it yet.
- MySQL

Of course a team spirit also requires some things that are not related to the tasks itself, so here is what your new colleagues expect.

Your Skills & Experience & what we expect:

- You communicate/report on a daily basis.
- You have great experience in IT (preferable studied it).
- You have a general understanding of how a web-business works and ticks.
- Good English language skills.
- You are reliable when it comes to deadlines!
- You get things done.

Nice To Have (but no requirement):
-----
- experience in using cs-cart from cs-cart.com
- experience in using GIT or Mercurial or Subversion
- knowledge/experience in marketing
- knowledge/experience in psychology
- knowledge about photoshop (or about graphic design in general)
