As need basis Transcriptionist

I need a transcriptionist to work with me. Very simple guidelines. I just need someone dependable, who can meet deadlines. Would prefer experienced transcriptionists but would give chance to newbies with potential. Payment every middle and end of month through paypal or unionbank.
