Youtube promoter

I need a person or persons who can increase subscribers, views, likes and shares of my clients youtube music videos and channel...Subscribers and viewers must be real and interested in this type of music (hip hop/rap) Some of these songs are available on itunes and my client has a facebook so fans can interact and see what's new if they would like...Subscribers and viewers will preferably be from english speaking countries such as USA, Australia, UK, NZ etc...Please do not apply if this is not something you can do or can only offer fake subscribers...Added to music blogs, submitted to radio stations and other things maybe required to boost popularity and gain interest...I am not sure if I will need one or more freelancers or if the job is ongoing this will depend on performance...Thank you in advance for your applications.
