YouTube WITH SEO

I need some help putting together YouTube video(editing) and channel optimization as well as video optimization(that means SEO since I am getting tons of video editors who know nothing about SEO which I can't hire anyone who does not know SEO) for lots of videos so please have experience doing these things and be able to work hard at getting it done quickly and correctly and being productive as I have let go other workers who have not been good at this and not productive with their time.
