Experienced backlinker - High PR links !

I'm looking for a highly experienced backlinker that give me high quality links from RELEVANT websites (links from websites in the same niche) and that come from webPAGES (NOT the root domain of the webSITE) with PR2, PR3, PR4, PR5 and higher !

I expect receiving daily a spreadsheet with the links done by you that same day.
I want manually high quality links, not spammy links.
NO automated software is allowed!

I want 10 PR2+ links - per day - per website.

For the following categories:

1. jewellery / jewelry
2. food
3. carpets (home)
4. real estate
3. skin care (beauty)

The links must come from all different ip's and different places (not all wordpress sites ...)

I give the person a good salary + 13th month.
When I see good results the person will get a salary increase after 6 months.
Concerns a LONG TERM job. No end date set!

You must be able to work independantly and in team.
You will work under the supervison of my Filipino team manager, Kristine.
You must be eager to learn fast.
You get video training and must be able to put in practice that what you learned.

A plus is that you know how to work with TBS (the best spinner)
and SENUKE (only allowed for thier 2 links)
