2-3 Merch T-Shirt Designers/Illustrators Long-Term Needed (100-300 per Month)

Our business is growing and we need designers!
We are looking for someone who is willing to do bulk orders of designs. We are willing to pay $2 per design and looking for someone who can create about 300 designs per month. That's how many designs we can provide to ---------- 's OK if you can provide less then this, but we want at least 100 unique designs.

We will not map out what skills you need. We are happy as long as you can provide us a .PSD or .AI file with UNIQUE (original) design that doesn't infringe any copyrights and is not an exact copy.

First we will test you as a designer (for the test we pay as we would normally $2 per design). We first send you 2 ideas, after the initial test we send you further designs, if after we confident in your skills after the first 5, 10 or 20 designs we will send you a regularly updated google sheet with new design ideas so you have enough ideas to create about 300 per month from.
