I am seeking a full time VA to assist me with building and growing Local Facebook FanPage from scratch for client

The following skill sets are essential:

1. Experience in creating and regularly updating social media profiles: Facebook, Twitter, etc.
2. Ability to create viral, engaging social media posts (with images/videos and urls)
* Ability to research current events, Local Deals in specific towns (Metro Manila, Cebu, etc)
* Ability to write and communicate creatively in both English and Filipino
* create 5-8 posts daily
* Grow list of fans
* Invite Facebook users to become fans of our pages
* Interact with and add value for our fans
* promote interesting and relevant offers to them
* Share valuable content with our Facebook fans

Desired additional skills (not essential):

1. Experience with creating and maintaining Facebook Pages with > 10,000 Fans,
2. Experience with Facebook PPC Ads
3. Experience with Google+, Youtube Videos
4. Access to Sunday editions of Manila BUlletin, Philippine Daily Inquirer and PhilStar
