Need a skilled PHP programmer to create custom Commercial Mortgage Calculator

Need a skilled PHP programmer with excellent WordPress skills. This is for a single project, but we have regular needs for PHP programming.

Purpose: Allow visitors to the website visitors to calculate loan payments based on loan amount, loan term, balloon payment term. Website to be WordPress.

We have working excel models. The base interest rate is looked up off the web and then calculated based property type and several other factors.

Outputs are loan rate, monthly payment, balloon payment at the end of the term. Also generate an amortization schedule. We have Excel models as examples for you to follow.

Must be completed and on a website within one week.
