Virtual Assistant for eBay Dropshipping / Researching, Optimizing, Listings Items

My name is Iliyan and I am from Bulgaria.

Doing dropshipping for few years.

I need minimum 4 EXPERIENCED Virtual Assistants to work like an eBay DropShipping Market researchers, optimizers, and listers.

Currently, we are running 4 eBay Dropshipping(2?US and 2xUK) accounts and I need experts to help us grow even more.

THE PERFECT VA CANDIDATE:

1. Must enjoy work and do it with pleasure and desire.
2. Must have an Excellent business sense. High moral standards, ie strong work ethic, confidentiality, honesty. Reliability.
3. Have to be motivated with a desire to work and develop.
4. Should have PERFECT(better than mine) English, Second Language Preferable.
5. Must have excellent written & verbal communication ability; interpersonal communication skills; people skills; independent & strategical thinking ability.
6. Should know how to do market research, to find and optimize items for US and UK markets.
7. Should have stable Internet connection 24/7.
8. Should have previous experience as a Virtual Assistant for making SEO Listings on eBay.
9. Must NOT have any current job now and to be available to start training ASAP.
10. Should know how to work with Google Sheets.
11. Should know how to list manually via eBay.
12. Should be available for Skype Communication all the time during the working hours.



I need a people which can work at least 6h(8h preferable) per day for 6 days per week.

I am paying $2/h for start. After the first 3 months, you will go to $2.5 and the few next months it's possible to go even up to $3.5/h-$5/h (depending on the results). All our workers have a very serious chance of developing in my company. I am running also another kind of businesses like Shopify and Amazon. As the team expands and improves every single ---------- stagram and Facebook marketing.
