I am looking for a Website Designer for a local business Website.

I am looking for a person or design firm who is able to communicate with me easily. While English doesn't need to be your first language, I need to be able to understand you both in written and spoken forms of communication as we will be working together closely.

The scope of work:

This designer needs to include new theme suggestions based on the functionality of the site as well as client's needs and desires, mock-ups based on the chosen theme showing the client's needs and desires, and the theme installation.


The configuration and functionality of the new website based on any customization, plugins, and widgets that the client may need or want.

Good to have: Copywriting skills, Blog posting.

The client must be able to add City Pages once the website is completed. The addition of pages to be easy enough for the client to do themselves without having to have the designer do it for them.

The pages need to have unique sidebars

We would like the header and footer to reflect the location of the User. The contact information needs to dynamically update as a result.
