Graphic Designer

This is a full-time position, but the exact hours per day and days of the week that are worked are flexible as long as due dates are being met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for special graphics for Social Media, Web Banners, Special Graphics Request
-You will be responsible for podcast episode graphics, guest graphics, podcast cover art design, and graphic templates.
-Candidate needs to be able to think creatively and develop new design concepts for a new artwork
-Follow design templates and layouts for existing clients.
-Understand the importance of visual impact to reinforce verbal/written messages and manage time to stay on top of deadlines.
-Able to work with a Team
-And other duties associated with the role and as assigned by your manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Knows Adobe InDesign is a plus
- Creative thinker
- Strong work ethics
- Experienced in creating Logo Design, Banner Design and Social Media Ads
- Meticulous, high-quality work standard
- Attention to Details
- Strong organizational skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
