Rockstar Web Designer (full-time position, no coding skills necessary)

Responsibilities and responsibilities

Should lead the identification and implementation of research methodologies, development and testing consistent with current business needs.
You must propose, in coordination with other areas, UX improvement initiatives for our current and potential products and services.
Must have the ability to lead projects from scratch using the Design Thinking methodology and techniques / methods of User ---------- fine user interaction across different platforms (web, mobile)
Develop high quality mockups and navigable prototypes that effectively communicate the interaction and design ideas.
Create designs consistent with the ---------- municate effectively with the development team, present ideas and designs ---------- sign a user interface where information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.
Be part of the team and collaborate with the definition of the product.
Qualifications and skills

Requirements to be part of our team:

Minimum 3 years experience in Web projects.
Written and spoken intermediate English advanced (conversational).
Experience in complete UX process, information gathering, requirements analysis, user research and its environment, information architecture, wireframe ---------- velopment of deliverables according to the needs of the project (content matrix, flowchart, site map, wireframes, prototypes, etc.).
Experience directing User research.
Familiar with the Design Thinking and Agile methodology.
Experience with HTML and CSS (especially Bootstrap).
Care in the details and focus on the user experience.
To be able to create coherent designs with our brand.
Knowledge and / or management in:

Management of version control system (GIT).
Experience working with agile methodologies.
