PHP/Web Developer Wanted (Full-time)

Hello and thank you for your interest in this position.

We are a mid-sized business based in USA and Canada, and are currently looking for a PHP/Web Developer.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent knowledge in PHP, MYSQL, Apache
- Expert knowledge in CSS, HTML (4 & 5), XML
- Experience with at least one PHP Framework (i.e. Code Igniter, Zend)
- Experience with the Wordpress platform and building WP Plugins
- Experience with Database design
- Understands MVC and other programming principles
- Excellent time management skills
- Good attention to detail

GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience working with 3rd party APIs such as FBML
- Experience with development in Adobe AIR
- Good design skills are nice to have
- Experience building web analytic tools is awesome!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating PHP scripts to help with automation of some of our systems
- Developing new Wordpress plugins
- Building a data analytics tool from ground up using a popular PHP Framework (i.e. Code Iginter, Zend, etc.)
- Possibility of building applications on top of other open source technologies
